Job summary

Jupiter Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver patient-centered care within its nursing services. The RN will assess patients, plan and direct care, and collaborate with a team to achieve optimal outcomes in a high-quality environment.

The ideal candidate holds Florida RN licensure, BSN preferred, and BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications. Endoscopy experience or ICU/PACU/ER background and willingness to take call are required.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in the state of Florida.
• BSN preferred.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association for Healthcare Providers.
• ACLS certification through the American Heart Association for Healthcare Providers.
• PALS certification through the American Heart Association for Healthcare Providers.
• Must have Endoscopy experience or two years minimum in ICU, PACU, or ER.
• Must take call.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered nursing care for an assigned group of patients and evaluate outcomes.
• Plan, direct, and evaluate nursing care following established standards and policies.
• Document accurately and ensure supplies and equipment are available for care.
• Educate peers, patients, and families to support learning and outcomes.
• Adhere to joint commissions and hospital protocols and contribute to a healing environment.
