Vivo Healthcare at Gateway, a 120-bed Skilled Nursing Facility in Florida, is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our care-driven team. Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to create personalized care plans.

We offer 12-hour shifts (day and night), a $2,500 sign-on bonus, comprehensive health/dental/vision insurance for full-time staff, PTO, holidays, 401(k), overtime, and shift incentives to support your professional growth.

Qualifications

• RN license in Florida
• CPR Certification
• A heart for geriatric care and commitment to patient-centered service
• Excellent communication, organization, and critical-thinking skills
• Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is a plus

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled, compassionate nursing care to residents
• Administer medications and monitor for side effects or reactions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop personalized care plans
• Supervise CNAs and support staff to maintain high standards of care
• Document resident progress and communicate with families and physicians
