Job summary

Freeman Health System is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive patient care in a full-time, day-shift role. You will assess physical, emotional, clinical, and psychosocial needs of patients and families, and implement timely, evidence-based interventions to ensure safe, effective care.

Candidates must hold a Missouri RN license or a compact-state RN license, with the compact license valid in their state of residence.

Qualifications

• Current Missouri RN license or a valid compact-state RN license.
• Compact license must be in the nurse's state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Independently assesses physical, emotional, clinical, and psychosocial needs of patients and families.

In Conjunction With The Medical Plan Of Care, Independently Performs Systematic And Continuous Assessment Of The Physical, Emotional, Clinical, And Psychosocial Needs Of Assigned Patients And Families; Plans And Implements Appropriate Interventions; And Evaluates Effectiveness And Adjusts Plan As Indicated In A Timely Manner In The Provision Of Safe And Effective Care.

Requirements

Current Missouri Registered Nurse License Or Current Registered Nurse License From A Compact State. If A Compact License Is Held, It Must Be In The Nurses State Of Residence.
