We are hiring a full-time RN - Registered Nurse.
Starting at $32.50+ per hour, depending on experience
$10,000 sign-on bonus

12-hour night shifts
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation). Collaborates with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams, including healthcare providers, to plan, implement, and evaluate care. Demonstrates competency within the full scope of nursing practice, adhering to age and population-specific standards. Cares for residents across all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment. Coordinates care, conducts resident assessments, provides education, and performs various nursing interventions.
May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel, ensuring safe and reliable resident care. Functions within the standards of nursing practice outlined in the Nurse Practice Act and state regulations. Adheres to the ANA Code of Ethics and standards of nursing conduct.
Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, such as CCNE, ACEN, or NLN CNEA. Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is preferred.
Current unencumbered RN license in the state of practice or multistate licensure if in an NLC state. Maintains required competencies and certifications.
