Responsibilities

The Orientation Coordinator supports training and development through assessment, mentoring, and coaching. Responsible for coordinating and executing training programs at the regional or divisional level. Collaborates with operational leaders, preceptors, and the training team to identify training needs, evaluate effectiveness, and provide opportunities that ensure exceptional care and service to patients, families, and communities.

Education and Experience

• Current RN licensure in Florida
• Current CPR certification
• Valid Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and access to reliable transportation
• Experience in delivering training and working across disciplines
• Knowledge of relevant rules and regulations
• Experience in field and office orientation (LPN, RN, TL)
• Organizational skills to ensure reliable follow-through and meet deadlines
• Strong presentation and group facilitation skills
• Ability to assess competence and interpret training needs
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively
• Experience with Oasis and HCHB platforms
