Job summary

Mental Health Association of Rochester in Springfield, MO is seeking an experienced registered nurse to deliver direct patient care using the nursing process, maintain patient rights and confidentiality, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care. You will provide care in designated units, participate in ongoing education, and support high-quality outcomes.

An active RN license and BLS are required; ACLS/NRP/ENPC/TNCC may be required by department.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited nursing program (Associate’s Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN license in the state or compact licensure.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association or similar.
• Additional certifications such as ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, or others may be required based on the department.
• Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs, with proficiency in standing, walking, reaching, bending, and other physical activities.
