Job summary

Beavercreek Post Acute Dayton SNF Healthcare, LLC is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to lead and coordinate patient care within the post-acute setting. You will oversee medication administration, wound care, IV therapy, and the admission/discharge processes while guiding STNAs and collaborating with the care team.

Qualifications

  • Current and valid RN license in the state of Ohio.
  • Experience in medication administration, wound care, IV management, and the admission/discharge process.
  • Strong supervisory skills and experience working with STNAs or similar roles.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work weekends, holidays, and occasional on-call shifts.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.
