Job summary

Piedmont Atlanta Hospital in Georgia is seeking a Staff Nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care across the patient lifecycle, applying the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care.

The role requires graduation from a nursing program, valid GA RN license (or NLC/eNLC), BLS, and may involve PRN shifts. New graduates are eligible; bachelor’s degree preferred and professional certification encouraged. This is an on-site opportunity with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program.

• BLS certification is required.
• Current GA RN license or NLC/eNLC multistate license required by law.

• One year nursing experience in hospital setting preferred for PRN positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients from birth through the lifecycle using nursing processes to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Coordinate patient care activities of all assigned staff to ensure quality nursing care.
