Qualifications

• RN license with state requirements.
• ACLS within 90 days and BLS within 30 days.
• TNCC or ENPC completion within 1 year.
• Trauma Nursing Core Course completion within 1 year.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in nursing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Collaborate with providers and care team for treatment plans.
• Assess pain and promote effective pain management with reassessments.
• Document care in the patient medical record promptly and thoroughly.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and follow-up.
