Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care in a residential setting.
• Assess patients and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families on treatment options and care management.
• Coordinate with health care team to ensure safe transitions of care.
• Participate in a flexible PRN schedule with variable shifts.
