Job summary

Covenant HealthCare is seeking an Office Registered Nurse (RN) in Michigan to deliver patient-centered care across all ages. You will support providers during exams, document care interactions, and assist with coordination of tests and treatments in a fast-paced clinic setting.

The role requires an associate degree, active Michigan RN license, BLS, and 2 years of nursing experience, with preferred care-management exposure. This on-site position emphasizes teamwork and exceptional patient service.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in nursing from an accredited school.
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Michigan.
• BLS certification required, ACLS if required by specialty.
• Two (2) years’ experience in nursing required.
• Experience in care management, case management, chronic disease or occupational health preferred.

Responsibilities

• Triages patients, assesses reasons for visit, obtains vital signs and directs calls as needed.
• Assist provider with exams, minor procedures, and treatments.
• Coordinate tests, imaging, labs, and scheduling per standing orders.
• Provide patient education on medications and follow-up care.
• Maintain confidentiality and document care plans and interactions.
