Job summary

Touchstone Communities is seeking an RN Charge Nurse to lead care teams and deliver exceptional, compassionate nursing in a skilled nursing setting. You’ll guide care with grace, support residents as whole people, and build trusting relationships with families who entrust their loved ones to us.

Open shifts include 6a-2p and 2p-10p Monday through Friday. If you lead with integrity and purpose, you’ll help create an environment where residents feel valued and teams feel supported in their vital

Qualifications

• Current and valid Texas RN license, or a valid RN license from a Compact Party State.
