Job summary

Touchstone Communities in Alamo, TX, is seeking an RN Charge Nurse for a 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM shift. You will lead care teams in our skilled nursing community, guiding residents with grace, skill, and a heart for service, and building trust with families and residents.

You will provide best-in-class care, mentor staff, and reflect our faith-driven Touchstone Experience while delivering holistic care to residents, patients, and veterans.

Qualifications

• Texas RN nursing license or RN license from a Compact Party State.
• Commitment to delivering best-in-class, clinically excellent care.
