Job summary

TILL, Inc. in Hollis, NH is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This consultant/part-time role offers flexible hours and a chance to contribute to care coordination for adults with developmental disabilities and other needs.

You will provide medications training, review logs, and collaborate with families and providers to ensure NH regulations are followed. A valid NH RN license and ability to travel between Hollis and Nashua are required.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in NH.
• Experience with DD population.
• Must possess good communication skills- both oral and written.
• Must be able to be flexible with schedules to coordinate meetings with providers and training.
• Work in Hollis and Nashua, NH.
• Driver's license and vehicle required.

Responsibilities

• Provide initial medication training according to NH regulations
• Review medication logs and submit documentation to NH DMDS
• Provide in-service trainings on health care related topics
• Coordinate medical resources with families, staff when intervention is appropriate
• Review new referrals
• Participate in provider certifications visits to ensure compliance
