Job summary
Cathedral Health Care Center is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate care to residents on the floor. You will deliver high-quality patient care, administer medications, monitor conditions, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure resident well-being.
The role offers flexible shifts including 6p-6a on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays; 6p-6a on Thursdays (part-time); and PRN, with emphasis on work-life balance and professional growth within a supportive team.
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Indiana
- Strong clinical skills and commitment to high-quality patient care
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care per facility policies and state regulations
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and document residents’ conditions and report changes
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
- Educate and support residents and families on health topics
