Pay, Premium Pay & Benefits:

Good Samaritan Hospital Float Pool

  • Pay $40.80-$78.75 per hour depending on Step
  • Tiered Roles Tier 1-3
  • Tier 1 $6.00 Float premium, Tier 2 $8.00 Float premium, Tier 3 $12.00 Float premium.
  • Sign-on bonus of $10,000 (BSN and 3 Years of experience required) and up to $10,000 relocation. Sign-on and Relocation bonuses require a 24-month commitment.
  • Tuition reimbursement and growth opportunities
  • Eligible for incentive pay and shift differentials

Position Summary

We're seeking a staff RN to join our hospital-based team. This is an excellent opportunity to utilize your specialized training, knowledge, and nursing care with a multidisciplinary approach.

Responsibilities

  • Organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering, and evaluating continuously
  • Use your nursing education and experience to deliver care according to hospital policies, procedures, and protocols
  • Collaborate with the nursing team to improve quality of care, patient experience, and reduce costs
  • Foster a learning environment for patients, families, nursing staff, and healthcare team members
  • Advocate for ethical and holistic care, promoting autonomy, dignity, and health of diverse patients

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or obtained within three years of hire; RN with 25+ years of service may be considered in lieu of degree
  • Advanced degree in Nursing (MSN, PhD, DNP, ARNP) preferred
  • Washington State RN license
  • Current Healthcare Provider CPR certification
  • ACLS, NALS, PALS, TNCC, or NRP certification as required by department
  • Specialty certification preferred
  • Minimum one year of experience in an acute care setting preferred

Pay and Benefits

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental, retirement, and paid time off. The pay range is $44.13 - $85.17 USD, influenced by experience, skills, certifications, and education. Pay may also reflect union contract steps where applicable.
