Job summary

Medical City Weatherford, part of the HCA Healthcare family, seeks an RN for PRN float pool assignments in a fast-paced acute care environment. The RN delivers patient-centered care, follows RN Practice Act guidelines, and collaborates with physicians and the care team to ensure safety and quality.

Required qualifications include an RN license, an Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing, and ACLS/BLS within 30 days of start. Two years of acute care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• ACLS and BLS certifications obtained within 30 days of employment start date.

Job Summary And Qualifications

The Registered Nurse (RN) delivers high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with the Registered Nurse Practice Act. This role provides individualized and comprehensive care to a diverse medical-surgical patient population, utilizing established nursing frameworks and collaborating closely with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team. The RN advocates patient needs, upholds patient safety standards, and supports departmental excellence by aligning with the organization’s mission, vision, and values.

What qualifications you will need:

• Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• (RN) Registered Nurse
• Associate Degree or Bachelors Degree
• 2 years experience in an acute setting
