Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing is required.
• BSN preferred; start within 1 year and complete within 3 years.
• KY RN license or compact license required (NLC accepted).

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients under guidance of clinical nurse manager.
• Independently administer medications and document administration per policy.
• Plan and implement age-appropriate care and patient teaching with family.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and outcomes.
• Assist with discharge planning and patient/family education.
