Job summary

Watertown Regional Medical Center in Watertown, Wisconsin is hiring a Registered Nurse to join our Float Pool on nights. The RN will direct and coordinate nursing care across med/surg, ICU, ED, and postpartum units, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes and collaboration with the care team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Licensure in the practicing state as a Registered Professional Nurse (RN).
• Proficient with computer systems and oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate nursing care based on established standards.
• Collaborate with multiple disciplines to ensure effective patient care delivery.
• Maintain competencies across med/surg, med/tel, ICU, ED, and postpartum/newborn care.
• Accept assignments in any area where competencies are documented and assist as needed.
• Provide education to patients and families and participate in quality-of-care activities.
