Float Pool gives the opportunity to develop clinical assessment skills as well as sharpen skills in communication and teamwork. Health care workers who are compassionate, hard-working, and flexible will find working on this unit very rewarding!

Units you may float to:

Orthopedics, Med/Surg, Medical Telemetry, Neuro Stepdown, Medical Stepdown, Surgical Stepdown, Cardiac Telemetry, Cardiac Vascular Intensive Care, Oncology, Neurology, Emergency Department, Behavioral Health, ICU, and more!

Float Pool Qualifications:

1. Experience: 1-2 years' bedside RN experience - MUST have experience in the service line you're interested in.
2. Required Education: Nursing Degree from an accredited school.
3. Preferred Education: BSN.
4. License: Current RN license in our state.
5. Certifications: Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association.
