Job summary

Spring View Hospital, LLC in Lebanon, Kentucky is seeking a Registered Nurse for the full-time night shift (7p-7a) in the Float Pool. You will provide direct patient care, follow the nursing process, and collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

The role requires an RN license, BLS within 30 days, and ACLS/PALS per unit. ER experience is preferred and you’ll work across units to support staffing and patient needs.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS & PALS per unit specific requirements.
• One year of ER experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care to patients using the nursing process in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice.
• Performs House Supervisor responsibilities as needed to meet the needs of the facility.
• Delegates and coordinate nursing care throughout the hospital and ensures that quality nursing care is delivered.
• Performs plan of care intervention, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, as well as other medical care treatment.
• Documents patient care given.
• Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate to care team, physician, patient, and family.
