Job summary

Trinity Health Chelsea Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for a full-time, 12-hour night shift in the Nursing Resource Pool. The role offers flexible scheduling and potential float to units such as Atrium East, Atrium West & Courtyard Rehab, and Courtyard East.

Responsibilities include delivering patient-centered care aligned with the nursing process and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. A Michigan RN license is required, with BSN desired within five years.

Qualifications

• Requires current Michigan Nursing License.
• One year of recent medical-surgical or higher acuity nursing experience.
• Graduation from accredited nursing program.
• BSN degree required within five years; agreement to obtain BSN within five years if not already.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality patient-centered care considering age-specific, developmental, cultural and spiritual needs.
• Operate within the Nursing Resource Pool with flex scheduling and potential float to listed units (Atrium East, Atrium West & Courtyard Rehab, Courtyard East).
