Requirements include Michigan RN licensure, BLS, and a BSN within five years or a BSN equivalent. Two years of Med/Surg or ICU experience preferred; computer proficiency and strong customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred or Associate degree required.
• BSN preferred or willingness to obtain BSN within five years.
• Current RN licensure in the State of Michigan is required.
• BLS certification is required.
• Minimum two years RN experience on a Med/Surg unit or ICU/CCU is preferred.
• Must be computer proficient and have excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient care for a designated timeframe.
• Coordinate and evaluate care, teach and delegate activities among care team.
• Provide patient and family education and support.
• Ensure adherence to hospital policies and best practices.
