Medical City Heart & Spine Hospitals, part of the HCA Healthcare network, is seeking an RN Float Pool for night shifts. You will float to Ortho, MedSurg, Tele, and PCU, delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and coordinating with the care team.

The role requires RN licensure in TX, BLS/ACLS, and at least one year in acute care. You will work in a facility near Medical City Dallas, with opportunities to advance and participate in a large hospital system.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Professional Nursing.
• Current RN license in TX or compact state.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition at admission and during shifts.
• Administer medications and document care thoroughly.
• Collaborate with care team to deliver patient-centered care.
• Educate patients and families about care plans and medications.
