Job summary

We’re seeking a staff RN to join our hospital-based team at MultiCare Capital Medical Center in Olympia. This role utilizes specialized training to deliver nursing care with a multidisciplinary approach, contributing to a best-in-class nursing organization.

The position emphasizes professional development, open communication, and a patient-centered care model within a supportive, values-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Washington State or MLS endorsement.
• BSN preferred.
• Current BLS Certification required.
• ACLS or NALS or PALS or TNCC or NRP certification as required by facility.
• Certification in specialty area preferred.
• One year of experience in acute care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating.
• Utilize nursing knowledge to deliver care according to policies and protocols.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to improve quality of care, patient experience and cost.
• Foster a learning environment for patients, families and staff.
• Advocate for ethical and holistic care across diverse backgrounds.
