Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health is hiring a Registered Nurse for the night shift at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, TX. This full-time Nights Float Pool role covers Med/Surg, Telemetry, ICU, and PCU units.

You will join a large not-for-profit health system with extensive benefits, education, and growth opportunities. Float Pool nurses receive strong leadership support to develop clinical and mentoring skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program.
• 2+ years of Med Telemetry experience in an acute care hospital setting.
• Float Pool experience highly desired, but not required.
• Will be required to pass telemetry test if hired.
• Med Tele candidates with insulin, stable drips, NIH assessment highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Float Pool floats to Med/Surg, Tele, ICU, and PCU.
• Float Pool leadership fosters learning, mentoring, and growth for staff.
• Float Pool is supportive and encourages nurses to flourish and take on new tasks.
