Origin Travel Nurses is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Med/Surg, PCU, and ICU assignments on a 13‑week contract in Santa Fe, NM. Shift is 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with day-to-day clinical duties coordinating patient care across age groups.

The RN will perform assessments, develop care plans, discharge planning, and collaborate with the team. Requirements include TNCC, NIH, BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications, with additional units possible.

Qualifications

• TNCC Certification required.
• NIH Certification required.
• BLS Certification from AHA required.
• ACLS Certification from AHA required.
• PALS Certification from AHA required.

Responsibilities

• Obtains and records initial assessments and sets priorities by patient age and symptoms.
• Re-assesses patients to identify progress and plan interventions.
• Develops and implements measurable care plans within timelines.
• Makes nursing decisions based on data and outcomes; adjusts plans as needed.
• Performs discharge planning and health education for patients.
• Collaborates with the team to achieve unit goals.
