Job summary

Baptist Memorial Health Care in Memphis seeks an experienced registered nurse to coordinate and provide patient care using the nursing process. This role blends caring, knowledge and integrity to support patient autonomy and safety while partnering with families.

You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care, administer medications as prescribed, and contribute to health teaching, while maintaining clinical leadership and lifelong learning.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience in the assigned area(s); 3 or more years preferred.
• RN license with at least 2 years of experience; must work 48 hours of special staffing time annually, including weekend shifts.
• Computer literacy
• BLS certification within 14 days of hire
