Job summary

Baptist Health Memphis is seeking a registered nurse to coordinate and provide care using the nursing process, partnering with patients and families to attain health goals. The role emphasizes safety, autonomy, dignity, and lifelong learning within a collaborative team.

You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, administer medications, educate patients and families, and contribute to health care delivery improvements. Weekend shifts and staffing time are part of duties.

Qualifications

• Requires a minimum of 2 years nursing experience in area(s) where assigned within 1-3 years.
• 3 or more years of experience is preferable.
• RN License + 2+ yrs, to include weekend shifts as required, must work 48 hours of special staffing time. (annually).
• Computer literacy
