Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in a clinical nursing role or student rotations in acute care setting required
• RN license in state of practice or compact state license required
• BCLS certification required; ACLS/PALS/NRP preferred as applicable to unit

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers patient-centered nursing care across units per nursing process.
• Performs thorough patient assessments and documents findings; reports changes.
• Administers medications and monitors for effects; documents administration.
• Collaborates with physicians and healthcare teams to develop care plans.
• Responds to emergencies and participates in life-saving procedures as needed.
• Maintains infection control practices and patient safety standards.
• Documents care and education in medical records promptly.
• Engages in professional development to maintain clinical competency.
