Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Associate's degree in nursing and AL state licensure required.
• BSN preferred.
• ACLS certification within 1 year of hire.
• One year of experience preferred. Must pass medication test.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; proficient oral and written communication and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform individualized care for assigned patients, incorporating clinical practice guidelines with established nursing practice.
• Complete documentation and charges in an appropriate, thorough and timely manner.
• Adhere to case management model for assigned patients working with physicians for effective throughput.
• Demonstrate and encourage team behavior and exceptional patient/guest experiences.
• Uphold and promote patient safety and quality.
