Qualifications

• Must have current Alabama RN license.

Responsibilities

• Plans and directs quality care for patients.
• Supervises LPNs, PCAs, and non-licensed staff.
• Assesses patient conditions upon admission and regularly thereafter.
• Documents care provided and changes in care plan.
