Join our team as an RN Float Pool at Monarch Healthcare Management

Pick your own shifts at various locations based on the needs of Monarch Healthcare Management! This is a full-time or on-call position with weekend requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive assessments to establish residents' baseline health status.
• Create detailed Plans of Care addressing individual needs and preferences.
• Supervise practical nurses, CNAs, and other nursing staff, assessing their knowledge and skills.
• Ensure resident safety and promote the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.

Qualifications:

• Completion of an approved nursing education program.
• Current Minnesota RN license.
• Current CPR and emergency care certification or willingness to obtain upon hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in skilled nursing or assisted living facilities.
