Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program with RN licensure in applicable state.
• RN start date with documented program completion within five years.
• One year of professional RN experience required.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and computer skills with EMR.
• Ability to work flexible hours including days/evenings/nights/weekends.
• Internal applicants must attach three most recent performance appraisals.
• Current RN license by state requirements.
• BLS valid for 90 days post start date; additional state licensure may be required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing care across units and patient care settings.
• Provide direct patient care, patient/family education, and transitions of care.
• Show leadership through precepting, informal/formal roles, and quality improvement.
• May be required to drive personal vehicle as part of role.
