Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Observe and document patient data according to unit standards.
• Triage and identify patient needs; refer for follow-up as needed.
• Administer medications and train patients in self-administration where appropriate.
• Provide clear nursing communication to participants, families, and the team.
• Delegate tasks to clinical staff and oversee day-center operations.
• Participate in after-hours on-call coverage as required.
