Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking an RN Float for PRN Nights to support the ED and ICU units, primarily ED, across Baylor Centennial in Frisco, TX. You will assess patients, plan care, and delegate tasks according to patient needs and nursing standards.

The role emphasizes adaptability, teamwork, and adherence to regulatory requirements; orientation is required for one week during day hours if hired, with 6 shifts every 6 weeks and holiday coverage.

Competenze

• Graduated from an accredited nursing program or have two years of relevant work experience.
• Nursing must be the main area of study in your education.
• Two years of nursing experience required.
• You must be a registered nurse.
• BLS certification required or obtained within 30 days of starting.

Location: Baylor Centennial - Frisco, TX

Shift: PRN Nights

Unit: ED and ICU - primarily ED

PRN Requirements: 6 shifts every 6 weeks, plus one minor and one major holiday per year. Must be able to attend orientation for 1 week during day hours if hired.

As an RN Float, you are vital in healthcare, coordinating patient care based on our nursing model. You assess patients, plan personalized care, and evaluate responses to health issues. You keep patients safe by understanding their needs and the healthcare setting for smoother transitions. You delegate interventions to team members based on guidelines, patient condition, and team abilities. Your professionalism and experience help you make important recommendations that impact patient outcomes.

Qualifications
