Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking an RN Float for PRN Day shifts in the Frisco, TX area, primarily serving the ED with potential ICU responsibilities. You will assess patients, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care while coordinating with the care team.

The role requires an RN license, a nursing degree, and BLS certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days). Benefits and orientation are included for new hires.

Location: Baylor Centennial - Frisco, TX
Shift: PRN Days
Unit: ED and ICU - primarily ED
PRN Requirements: 6 shifts every 6 weeks, plus one minor and one major holiday per year. Must be able to attend orientation for 1 week during day hours if hired.

As an RN Float, you are vital in healthcare, coordinating patient care based on our nursing model. You assess patients, plan personalized care, and evaluate responses to health issues. You keep patients safe by understanding their needs and the healthcare setting for smoother transitions. You delegate interventions to team members based on guidelines, patient condition, and team abilities. Your professionalism and experience help you make important recommendations that impact patient outcomes.

Qualifications
