Baylor Scott and White is Now Hiring PRN ED Float Pool Nights

-Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

-3 shifts per 6 week self-scheduling cycle, including 1 major and 1 minor holiday per year

-North region floats to: Round Rock, Taylor, Pflugerville, Cedar Park

Float pool benefits:

-Mileage reimbursement to sites worked

-Self-scheduling

-Will float to assigned region, but there is option to train and float to other region to increase hours available

Job Summary

As an RN Float, you are vital in healthcare, coordinating patient care based on our nursing model. You assess patients, plan personalized care, and evaluate responses to health issues. You keep patients safe by understanding their needs and the healthcare setting for smoother transitions. You delegate interventions to team members based on guidelines, patient condition, and team abilities. Your professionalism and experience help you make important recommendations that impact patient outcomes.

Qualifications
