Benedictine Health System in Wisconsin is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Float to join our compassionate care team. This role involves traveling to multiple Benedictine facilities to provide high-quality nursing care and support for residents.

Requirements include active RN licensure in the state, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to read, write, and communicate in English. This is a full-time position with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

We're looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Float to join our compassionate, care-giving team and partner with us to continue our reputation of caring for people's loved ones.

Responsibilities

• The RN develops and implements appropriate plan of care based on assessment.
• The RN demonstrates knowledge of medications and their correct administration.
• RN (Float) is required to travel and provide care within a designated Benedictine region as required/needed.

Qualifications

• Must hold current state licensure as a RN in good standing
• Possess organization skills required to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care
• Have excellent communication skills
• Be able to read, write, and communicate in English
