Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in New Jersey.
• Valid BLS Certification required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care in accordance with nursing practice standards.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration according to the plan of care.
• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, reporting changes promptly.
• Maintain accurate documentation as per facility policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols.
