Coastal Health and Rehabilitation Center in Gulfport, MS is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) to join our compassionate team. Full- or part-time shifts available, including 12-hour and 8-hour options.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse with an active, unencumbered state license.
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or geriatric nursing preferred.
• Strong clinical skills and excellent communication with a patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care per individualized care plans.
• Supervise staff and oversee patient care per standards and regulations.
• Supervise CNAs during shifts; assign work, train staff, ensure quality.
• Monitor residents, assess symptoms, administer prescribed meds/treatments.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for best care.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transitions of care.
• Educate residents and families about health conditions and plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation compliant with regulations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
