Quality Talent Group is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) for multiple specialties in New Mexico. The role offers full-time and part-time options with Day/Night shifts, and the opportunity to deliver comprehensive care within a nonprofit health system across multiple states.

Responsibilities include nursing assessments, care planning, medication administration, patient and family education, and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of employment or compact license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Manage routine and complex care with a focus on long‑term goals for patient outcomes.
• Monitor and administer medications and treatments per protocol, observing for effectiveness and side effects.
• Address complex psychological, emotional, and social needs of patients and their families.
• Educate patients and caregivers based on assessed learning needs and available resources.
• Make appropriate assignments and delegate tasks to support effective team‑based care.
• Accurately document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care delivered.
