Responsibilities

• Monitor and administer medications and treatments per protocol, observing for effects.
• Address complex psychological, emotional, and social needs of patients and families.
• Educate patients and caregivers based on assessed learning needs and available resources.
• Make appropriate assignments and delegate tasks to support effective team-based care.
• Accurately document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care delivered.
