Trinity Regional Rehab Center is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) for the 11 PM–7 AM shift. The role focuses on compassionate care in a rehabilitation setting with a new leadership team and supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate nursing program completion is required.
• Current RN license in state(s) of practice.
• Minimum of one year medical/surgical nursing experience in an acute care or long-term care setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care to patients/residents in long-term and/or rehabilitative settings.
• Assess, plan and evaluate nursing care per patient needs.
• Direct and supervise care provided by other nursing personnel.
• Maintain documentation according to policies and regulations.
• Provide patient/family education as appropriate.
