Tampa Lakes Health & Rehabilitation Center in Lutz, FL is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) for full-time and part-time roles. Walk-in interviews are welcome Mon-Fri 10:30 AM – 4:30 PM.

The 179-bed facility focuses on post-acute and long-term care with a culture-change approach and patient-centered outcomes. Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of a basic nursing education program.
• A minimum of one year medical/surgical nursing experience in an acute care or long-term care setting.
• Must possess a current Registered Nurse (RN) license in state(s) of practice.
• Must have a reliable source of transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assesses, plans and evaluates nursing care for long-term and rehabilitation patients.
• Delivers nursing care according to the plan of care and evaluates responses.
• Directs and supervises care provided by other nursing personnel.
• Maintains documentation and knowledge of standards of care.
• Provides patient/family education as appropriate.
