Qualifications

• Active Rhode Island RN license.
• 6 months of experience in a Long-Term Care setting.
• Certification from an accredited school.
• Active CPR certification.
• Compliance with facility immunization, background check, and drug screening requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to patients in Long-Term Care settings.
• Collaborate with team, patients and families to deliver total care.
• Maintain documentation and adhere to facility protocols.
