Qualifications

• Must have an active Rhode Island RN license
• 6 months of long-term care experience strongly preferred
• Active CPR certification
• Compliance with facility immunization, background check, and drug screen requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide care to patients, primarily in Long-Term Care settings
• Collaborate with the care team, patients, and families to deliver total care
• Document care activities and communicate changes in patient status as needed
