Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• RN in OH.
• Previous LTC/SNF experience preferred.
• Serious applicants.
• Interest in the geriatric population.

Responsibilities

• Supervises nursing care provided by LPNs, CNAs, and others.
• Reviews and implements nursing procedures and systems.
• Assesses and evaluates systems facilitating quality care.
• Uses a systematic nursing process for individualized care.
• Contributes to resident assessments (MDS/CAA) and plan of care.
• Evaluates residents’ responses to interventions.
• Assists DON and ADON to plan and direct facility operations per standards.
