Job summary

River Terrace Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is seeking an RN for part-time and PRN opportunities. Shifts include 7-3, 3-11 (PRN), and 11-7 (PT). Daily pay and shift differentials up to $3 are offered. Compensation ranges from $34-$46 per hour, all-inclusive.

The RN will provide skilled care, monitor conditions, and collaborate with the care team while following established care plans and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts RN license.
• BLS CPR certification required.
• Ability to manage multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care per physician's plan and written care plan.
• Follow care plans developed by Nurse Manager.
• Administer medications and treatments per plan of care.
• Monitor residents, report changes to clinical team.
• Maintain accurate documentation per orders and policy.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for quality care.
• Ensure infection control and safety protocols are followed.
