Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Altoona is seeking Registered Nurses across full-time, part-time, pool, and short-term contracts. Shifts are 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM, with opportunities for advancement and a benefits-oriented environment.

Qualifikationen

• Valid RN licensure as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
• CRRN certification preferred.
• One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred.

• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to provide exceptional care.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and families, understanding their unique needs to support recovery.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient care when needed.
• Serve as a resource for fellow staff, supporting them with complex patient needs and inquiries.
• Celebrate victories and milestones achieved by our patients.
